Chili, salt, pepper, oregano, seasoning mixes.

Membrane: Medium holes for flakes and coarse blends; fine holes for ground spice.
Why a pouch: A shaker jar is glass, a lid and a label. A pouch is one print, lighter to ship and shelf-ready with a top that never clogs.

Food ingredients

Cheese powder, cake decorations, sugar sprinkles, nutrition powders.

Membrane: Large holes for sprinkles and decorations; fine holes for powders that must not clump.
Why a pouch: Sprinkles and toppings sell on the shelf and get lost in the drawer. A resealable pouch keeps them fresh and easy to dose for a child.

Blood-stop powder and other dry pharmaceutical products.

Membrane: Single-dose or fine-spread patterns, sealed until first use.
Why a pouch: A pouch can be opened with one hand and dosed exactly where it is needed, with no cap to drop.

Membrane: Very fine holes for a soft, even cloud of powder.
Why a pouch: No aerosol, no propellant, no pump. A flat pouch fits a bag and empties completely.

Sea salt flakes, coarse and fine salt, flavoured salts.

Membrane: Large holes for flakes and crystals; a finer pattern for fine-grained salt.
Why a pouch: Salt the food with one hand, straight from the pouch. It snaps shut, so the salt stays dry.
